When should I file a dispute?

To initiate a disagreement over an order, click the "Dispute" button. The vendor, buyer, and moderators will be able to communicate in three ways.

What can happen in the event of a dispute?

The order may be unfrozen, refunded, or have a one-week extension added to the AF timeframe.

When should a vendor file a dispute?

If you have not been able to get in touch with the buyer and there is a problem with the order or the address.
