Locate the listing that piques your attention first, confirm that the seller ships to your nation, then, if at all feasible, locate a vendor there. Domestic orders are invariably safer.

Enter your address information now (encrypted using PGP from the seller). "Lock Price and Deposit" and "Deduct Balance" are the two available payment methods.

Note: The price lock has a two-hour time restriction; if it will take you longer than that to deposit the cash, do not select the "Lock Price and Deposit" option.

Complete the captcha now, then click "Confirm Checkout".
