You must first check the shipping information that the customer supplied you in "Manage Orders" after receiving an order.
Check that you presently have the item in stock and that the delivery address or dead drop (bookmark) range matches your list of counties to ship to.
At this point, you can choose to "Accept" or "Refund" the order.
The order is then sent or dropped, and "Mark as Shipped" is set. Additionally, if necessary, email the customer the tracking or dead drop (bookmark) information via the order form.
The funds are released to you and the order is "Finalize Early" if it is a FE order.
If the order is escrow, you have to wait for the buyer to receive the order and "Finalize" the order.
Simply use the transfer function under the bank menu to send the buyer their refund directly. Remember to send a message to remind them afterwards.
